Wilson Rodeo Company-Kyle South Dakota Wilson Rodeo Company hale from Kyle, South Dakota. One of the Dakota’s Native American Rodeo Stock Contractors that the Mid-State Rodeo Association, South Dakota Rodeo Association, All Indian Rodeo Associations, and AJRA rodeos within the Dakota Territory rely on to provide quality stock to perform at each rodeo it is booked at. The Wilson Rodeo Stock Company -a family oriented company working together daily to make things happen towards thier family life style-and Family business..
The Wilson’s have five son’s that are involved with the company since the rodeo company evolved. The oldest son has chosen to help and assist with the Rodeo Stock. And the next eldest son- Rollie Wilson competes professionally in the PRCA and in the Indian Rodeos; and also does the next son Joe Wilson. Jesse Wilson is taking time out from competition to help out with the vigorous rodeo schedule the Wilson’s are scheduled at.
Lil Gussie is the youngest son of the Wilson boys- He is pretty much at all the rodeo’s through out the rodeo season helping out where he can- He’s 5 years old- You can see Lil Gussie leading in the Grand Entry with the Pick up men Shane Porch a Family member whom also is a pick-up man for Tom Reeve’s- Wild Card Rodeo Company of Ranger, Texas.
This year
the Wilson’s Horse Picking “Wild Flowers” won the Mid-State Bareback
Bucking horse of the year award. The Wilson Rodeo Company are on the
draw list at the Indian National Finals this week- Get ready to see some
fantastic Stock at the INFR in Las Vegas,
