You have a very nice web site. It would be nice to see all of the INFR regions list all of their rodeos and information for all who are interested in joining and entering the different rodeo's.

Maybe IRN could add spell check to the guest book so even the messages in poor taste could be appreciated for what they are worth.

I would like to nominate Joe Scott Sr for the hall of fame. Joe Scott is from Warm Springs, OR. and rode at 2 finals in Saltlake,UT. and 2 finals in Albq,NM. Joe Competed on the Indian Rodeo Circuit, the NRA, Northwest Rodeo Association (now NPRA) The CCA (California Cowboys Association) and later in his years, in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Joe has always been a fun, easy goin guy teasing and joking with everyone he knew on the rodeo circuits (many knew him as a prankster.. always playing jokes on someone). Joe travelled with cowboys all over the US and Canada, In 1993 Joe was retiring from saddle bronc competition and was in a unpredictable accident. Joe's neck was broke and there was too much spinal cord disruption. Joe had a hard time coming back to his normal fun going personality, but he's returned w/ us. Joe is now active in his wheel chair and is helping many young aspiring cowboys to start rodeoing. He and John Hammack put rodeo practices together to help these young riders started, including his son Joe Scott Jr. and I imagine some day Joe Scott III. Id like to mention some of the cowboys Joe travelled with- John Hammack, Buzz Scott,Lee Tom and (the late) Leland Tom, Butch, Frank and Ted Hurtado,Richard, Cecil, and (the late) Oliver Louis,Frank Paz,Sonny James Jim,Joe Moses,Tod Cline. (too many to mention) Joe was featured on the opening commercial of the NBC Wide World of Sports. Warm Springs always supported Joe and all the Cowboys from Home... Hats Off Joe! and to all the nominee's!! CC Scott

Happy Thanksgiving to you all out in the Indian Country. Hope you had a wonderfull gathering with your family. It is an Native American tradition to feast for great celebration and gives thanks to our creator. Wish you the best for the Native American participants at the Indian Worlds Final and National Finals Rodeo. Along with the stockmans and ranchers for bring such livestock to this unique event to the World. It takes a lot of hardwork in grazing fine animal and years of training for the Cowboys to talent as they are. From Nashoni of Animas,NM

Contact us with your nominations and please provide information about your nominee. Check out the Hall of Fame to view the current list of Cowboys who are nominated.

I would just like to say whoever is doing all of the complaining about WSIRA should keep their comments to themselves. They obvioulsy have no idea the work and commitment it takes to run an association. I am not even from that region and it makes me mad that someone can complain like that. If they serioulsy want to say something then they should say it at a general meeting or something infront of everybody. Not like a sneeky little rat behind everybodies back. Come on that is so childish. I think everybody else is right, whoever you are you should be on the board so we can see what kind of job you can do. Because if you think it is an easy task, you are so wrong.

2002 rodeo season is over, lets all look forward to 2003. 2002 was rough on WSIRA members, but it has come and gone so let's everybody work together so we can have a successful rodeos for the new year. We have future generations coming up and we need to have a association for them to belong to and participate in. Please no more finger pointing and accusations, we are trying to attract more people to join, not make them reluctant because of all the fighting, and power struggles.

Many of you were not at Soboba, there were no voting or no membership mtgs. As far as I know we still have the same board. There was a lot of cheating and lying going on which could have been avoided if we had gone by the rules. Maybe next year we will use our rule book, unlike we did this year. The Soboba Tribe is now aware of what happened and they are not happy. If you're trying to cast a shadow on WSIRA, shame on you. Stop fighting and arguing, let's have the election. So you can have your say, and lets get on with it. Too bad you can't sign the guest book, but we know who you are. Lea Belgarde

Let's not use this web page to transpire WSIRA concerns. It is embarrassing to see people argue about WSIRA. Yes, WSIRA has it's problems, but we aren't going to solve them by airing them out in this guestbook. We are suppose to encourage membership no discourage it. If you are a WSIRA member then you are provided with phone numbers of the whole board. Call them up to find your answers. Our association needs to move forward in the election process and if you don't like how WSIRA was run in 2002 then nominate new people and vote them in on the 2003 ballot.

Concerned Parent of WSIRA this Jackie Jim, What's up? 2002 is OVER!!! Just let this election be, or what are you concerned about? All I am concerned with is getting the new board (Exec. & Event Dir.) in place before the 2003 season starts (not wait until May). I don't see anything wrong with knowing who will be our WSIRA representatives? Get your nomination form back to me. And Liana is right, if you can do a better job, DO IT! If you get on the Board, I hope you will answer you phone when we have questions? It is so sad that such negativity has to be shown towards people who have tried to do our Association some good. My involvemnt was minimal until the very end, BUT I DID TRY. My card was purchased at the White Swan Treaty Days Rodeo. I did let the appropriate board members know at that rodeo, that I would assume the Secretarial duties. So let us just finish this, and get on with our lives.

Respectfully submitted, Jackie Jim, WSIRA member since 1983

Hey! this is Liana Tom. I was just wondering, how come I got to still compete down their in Saboba if I didn't pay my fee's? When I went to check in on Thursday morning and pay the extra $50 fine, why didn't the secretaries or any of the commisioners say something. Some of them were standing right their and talking to me and my mom. I don't know why this would be an issue right now anyways, it's not like I did any good down their. I also know that their is only a hand full of young rodeo athletes that compete in the WSIRA, and if you had any balls at all you would have called. You know our phone #. I think that it is a shame that you can't even sign your name off. And also that people have to try and ruin a good thing, after WSIRA is overcoming all of the miss hap's. We went from just the qualifying 6 rodeo's and about 2 of those were multy sanctioned with other regions, to like 13. Maybe we could find out who you are so we could nominate you as President and see what kind of job you could do. I know that it is hard work. Living with the President and having some of the phone calls come in, and after our secretary quit after the 2nd rodeo, for me to get the rodeo results and stuff out for the cowboys when they wanted. All year their was only a hand full of people who complained and was against us. And from this post ment I think that we can narrow it down to who it might be.

Just a note for WSIRA members to think about. We heard Lee Tom, the WSIRA president, was impeached at Soboba by the directors, and that the secretary Jackie Jim was about to be. Also that it is questionable if Lee is now in good standing. His daughter Liana didn't pay her EF at the INFR. So members we are waiting for a response from WSIRA if the nomination form is a valid one or will it be null and void since an ousted president had it sent out. So both of their memberships are being questioned. Could we get some answers please. - Concerned parent

Indian Rodeo News Chat Room:

Great Idea, other readers have suggested the same and we have noticed everyone keeps missing each other. We'll see if we can write some code so that when readers hit the web site home page, you can see how many people are in the chat room.

Another idea we are working on, is a weekly meeting on topics in the chat room. Any thoughts or ideas of what you all want to chat about? NFR last year, set their chat room up for readers to chat with NFR qualifiers this was set up on a scheduled time so that everyone could get involved, they even had elementary school kids chatting with Mike Moore and Flint Rasmussen last year, any of you be interested in chatting with a INFR champion or AIPRCA world champion, how about INFR/region/AIPRCA/PRCA cowboys or cowgirls? We could try to arrange something like this.

Otherwise, if we can't come up with a better solution, we'll go ahead and post chat room hours. We just put together the chat room fairly quickly to allow readers to get going on chatting, but, realize that it's not serving it's purpose. We'll work on it. You all want to talk to each other so we'll do our best to make the chat room function better.

Congratulations to the cowboy and cowgirl of the year. Along with all the other nominees that were nominated you all are Indian role models. Every one of you set an example that was very appreciated especially by the people who visit IRN most importantly to the fans who voted, which may have gotten a little out of hand but we all need to understand that anyone who rodeos is a winner in a respectable matter. This site is a website designed particularly for viewers to keep up with what’s current in Rodeo News. Lets not abuse that purpose and go on with our business and of course that is to do what we love to do, RODEO. Keep up the great work with providing us with the information that is very accommodating to your viewers. Brooklynn- Albuquerque, New Mexico

Hey this is a cool site on Indian Rodeo news that going around the country! It is very sad to see a lot of natives running down Emily Bell from the great Fort Belknap Indian Reservation home of the Gros Ventre & Assiniboine Tribes of Montana! Emily is one great role model for our young girls of our REZ! After our REZ found out about Emily in the race of Indian Cow Girl, our REZ totally supported her and logged on to this cool site (www.indianrodeonews.com) about our proud Indian Cow Boys & Cow Girls that can compete against the world has to offer! Yes Emily from Fort Belknap Agency, Montana has about 5,000 members of our two Tribes that support her! Yes I will sign my name unlike many that made rude comments towards Emily! Signed Dean L. Ok, folks, we closed the polls!!

All cowgirls who were nominated will recieve a award along with the winner. Each and every one of you are Cowgirl's of the year, this includes the men who were nominated. Because of the issues, we are very sorry to the cowgirls who were nominated that you had to be subjected to such behavior. We never intended the poll to become such a competition, it was to allow readers to interact with the site and give recognition to the nominees. And most important, we hoped to interview the nominees, so that when the youth visit our site, they can read POSITIVE stuff about the cowboys and cowgirls.

Remember, God our Creator, wants us all to respect each other, we are Indians, we should be proud of who we are, take lessons from these men and women out there in the rodeo arena, in the sport of Indian Rodeo, we are competitive, but we are also, brothers and sisters.

Hey Emily! This is Liana. I agree with the other observers. People just need to let this be. I had the pleasure of getting to know you this past summer, and you are a great rider and friend. And from what I know of you, you never talk or wish bad on anyone. You also have alot of friends and supporters out their along with everyone else. I know what you must be feeling, but hang in there and don't let any of these things that people are saying about you get you down. Good luck in the rest of the voting.

All of the comments about the Cowgirl of the year made me think of this quote I heard and I thought it might make people think before they make their comments. "Great people talk about ideas. Small people talk about other people." Please lets not abuse the IRN guestbook. It is a privilege that they have provided to us to get in touch with the Native community. It would be a shame if they had to remove it from their web page due to people not being able to hold back their negative comments. IRN is doing there best to make sure the voting is legitimate. Let's not make any more comments that could dishearten these cowgirls. Thanks IRN.

We are still waiting for the faxed rodeo results from San Carlos and faxed information from AIPRCA....

Also, Indian Rodeo News has learned there was a tragic accident in Montana last week, a Indian Rodeo cowboy lost his life in that accident, we cannot release any names but prayers will be needed for folks up in Crow.

We'll make some calls to find out about the delay with San Carlos rodeo results.

Good luck to those of you that are entering the rodeo in Laughlin, NV.

There are extremely few rodeos that come to CT, especially any with native contestants so I thought I would pass along an update from this past weekend's PBR event I was able to attend. The PBR kicked off it's 2003 Bud Light Series tour at the Mohegan Sun Casino arena in Uncasville, CT. Both Mike Collins and Wiley Petersen competed in this event. On Saturday in the 1st go-round, Mike was bucked off Teague & Davis' Skinner after a heartbreaking 7.8 seconds. Wiley rode Tony Sharp's Snake for an 81.5 point ride. On Sunday during the 2nd go-round, Mike was bucked off Mark Reed's Sin City on a 3.9 second ride. Wiley rode Double J Rodeo's Firewater for an 83 point score, giving him 164.5 before the championship round. Unfortunately, Wiley was just a few points shy of making the top 15 (Chris shivers took the championship with an incredible 95 point ride on Clayton's Pet). I commend both Mike & Wiley on their efforts, talent and sportsmanship; they had some tough competition! I wish them and all the other riders both the best of luck & best of health in all their upcoming events.

Blessings to all! Heidi B. - Durham, CT

Greetings Native Cowboys and Cowgirls and the staff of IndianRodeoNews.com

I was going to leave a compliment in this guest book, as a web-designer - I can recognize a good website and I would like to compliment you on the design.

I didn't realize that there was so much bickering regarding this Cowgirl/Cowboy voting.

I do not know why I am surprised. My family and I have not competed in Indian Rodeos for several years for the sheer fact that there is always a heavy amount of bickering.

It's amazing that all of us Indians can argue with the "white man" about taking our land, or discrimination, we watch all the Indian Movies and listen to the Pow-wow music striving to be real authentic Indians and then we feast on eachother instead of supporting one another. If we can't get along over a stupid cowboy/cowgirl vote it's not wonder we live on reservations and share this land with every different nationality of the world. Don't get my wrong, I think the vote was a fantastic idea. I was more than happy to participate and I am not ashamed to say that I voted for Liana Tom and Preston Williams. I chose these two candidates because I know both of them personally and I know they have a strong dedication to rodeo. I grew up with both of them as kids and I think it is commendable that they still continue to participate in Indian Rodeos. I met both Liana and Preston at Indian Rodeos when we were kids and those friendships are life-long friendships, which is the true spirit of Indian Rodeo.

But the comments in this guest book are rediculous. Many of the comments are the simple, jealous comments. Especially the comments made to Emily Bell. I have no idea who Emily is, but I know the comments like the following are bitter and un-called for.

COPIED DIRECTLY FROM THIS GUESTBOOK "geeze emily you must have a fast computer, you hvae went from 93 to 223 votes in about only 2 hours goin up about 5 votes a minute...

Geeze, Emily. I guess you have alot of friends because you just went fromm 2400 to 2591 votes in like five minutes. You are so shy, it doesnt even seem like this many people know you. But I guess Montana is a big state and people are just spred out right..."

The sarcasm and comments did nothing positive and just proved that who ever has taken the time to make these comments is just petty and ignorant. Above all that, people making these remarks do not leave their name. It never said it had to be anonymous. My guess is this person never would've had the courage to tell Emily Bell this to her face.

Getting off my soap box, because I really do not care about this poll. A suggestion for next year's vote might be to give Indian Rodeo Members only the chance to vote. Give them an ID and Login and only allow Card-holding members the option to vote. Just like we used to vote for arena officers through the mail. I think only the members should be allowed to vote (once) because they are paying participants who attend and compete in the actual events and have had the opportunity to observe the nominated contestants at several different events.

Once again, the website is fantastic. Whomever the designer is, you did an excellent job. Many hours of hardwork and design are put into this. I am sorry your guestbook is full of bickering a drama.

Sincerely, Keta Cline-Magers Pendleton, Oregon

I watched Emily Bells votes rise rapidly yesterday, but it did not surprise me at all. Emily is a popular young Cowgirl who represents the Assiniboine and Gros-Ventre tribes of Ft. Belknap, Montana very well. My concern is that she is not cheated out of any legit votes. As far as NASTY comments go, lets keep them to ourselves and keep this fun and clean. Just sign me off as a #1 fan of Emilys. Thanks

as a matter of fact Emily Bell does have a lot of support from her home and all the votes she recieved were genuine and sincere from everyone that voted. The disrespectful comments made and unfair role back of votes were inappropriate. And why didn't anyone have anything to say to Liana Tom as her votes were rising rapidly?

Hey IRN- this is Liana Tom and I was just going to ask you to correct the poll results, because it was looking a little stupid from my view. But it looks like you beat me to it. Are the indian cowgirls really a favorite? Every where I have been it has been for the cowboys and that is cool. But how could the cowgirls votes be in the 400-2000's and the cowboys votes in the 200's. And who ever was trying to make this a competition over me and Emily Bell, I hope it stops. Because it was an embarrasement for me to get on the computer and see that many votes for the cowgirls and hardly any for the cowboys. I would just like to thank who ever nominated me and voted for me. But who ever voted so much I hope this is a lesson for you in the future, and I hope you are embarrased about what you did.

Thanks again Liana Tom

I think it would be a good idea to vote only on cowboys/cowgirls from the INFR regions, with no more than 2 of each from the 12 regions. Maybe now is the time to set some ground rules for nominating. Require that a nominee's contribution to Indian rodeo be provided along with nominee's name. One nominee per IP user. Since it's a cowboy/cowgirl of the year, it should be current member competitors. The other outstanding people should be submitted to the hall of fame. Get organized before opening nominations. Another thing you might consider is a rookie of the year. Hope this helps. Too bad about mis-use. Some people will try ANYTHING. - Oregon observer

Cowgirl Poll has been looked in to there was a issue with sessions served protocols, we have recieved some eroneous votes and protocols mis-use, we can track the IP users who were doing this, FYI.

The people nominated in the poll were nominated through the guest book entries, not all nominees compete in INFR region rodeos, some rodeo in the PRCA, Canadian Pro Circuit and AIPRCA rodeos and are great athletes. If readers want a seperate Cowboy and Cowgirl poll from INFR regions then we can have a seperate poll. Only if voters will be honest and not try to trick the sessions served. The nominees may not have anything to do with voters who try to trick the poll to give their favorite cowboy or cowgirl more votes.

We will have the poll fixed so you can only vote one time.

Do you really think that you diserve cowgirl of the year by cheating again your votes went up like by a 100 in the last couple of minutes. I think this vote is getting stupid. How can those girls get that many votes in a short period of time. When everybody elses votes are not that much. How can only 2 girls be up so high. That doesn't seem right at all.I think they should do this over again, and the nominations too. Because there is not a cowboy and cowgirl from each region in there. Every body elses votes seems acurate but two girls.

I think Shawn BestSr is an awesome cowboy, as far as i am concerned nobody in Indian Rodeo could ever compare to him.He is the Ultimate Cowboy of Indian Rodeo. At finals he rode hurt and still won a lot of rounds. He rode rough stock when he could hardly walk. Down at finals he had to be helped out of the arena, but he still made really wicked rides. I think this cowboy truly deserves this award for cowboy of the year.

To answer the reader's question about Tahnee and being Miss Indian Rodeo America 2002, there are alot of people asking the same question, Indian Rodeo News, has no affiliation with Rodeo Best or Tahnee. We suggest our readers who have questions or concerns about Tahnee and Rodeo Best, to contact them.

We do support Indian Rodeo queens, and we encourage all Regions and rodeo associations to hold a queen contest so we will see more Indian rodeo queens riding in the grand entries next year at our rodeos, and we hope to see a pageant held next year with INFR, but to do this, it starts with the regions and local Indian rodeo associations to pick a queen support her, so we can get the Miss Indian Rodeo pageant going again. There are so many beautiful and talented Indian women out there who are capable of being a national rodeo queen.

I would like to nominate Byron Bruisedhead for Cowboy of the Year. Byron competes in multiple rodeo events and is a dedicated sportsman. Byron, like many in his family, has been involved in rodeo most of his life. He always gives his best and he never thinks twice about helping his fellow competitors. He has worked hard for many years and has alot of talent to share with others willing to learn. Despite his many awards, he's very humble and extremely personable and puts his all into every event. His hard work, dedication and confidence make him the best kind of role model for the younger generation of cowboys and cowgirls, as well as all native youth. Byron's a great person and a great athlete and deserves to be not only considered as a nominee, but to receive the title of Cowboy of the Year as well! You Go Byron! from your CT Fans!

Hey rodeo fans, I would love to nominate Koty Brugh as Cowboy of the year. He is a very talented cowboy who has a long way to go in rodeo. I think in the upcoming years he will have alot of world titles. He has the heart of a champion and portrays the qualities of a real champion because of how hard he works. I can tell by watching him, he loves to rodeo. He would be a great role model for younger peers, because he has all the confidence in the world, and not too many youngsters have that qualitity to believe that they can do it. So they can learn from him. Besides he's a STUD and he's my favorite cowboy.

The Hitch - I suggest that Member or PROFILE information for this area be set up something like a yahoo profile. It is a long tedious process selecting all those choices in the fields, and in the end it doesn't make sense grammaticly. And, smoking, children, food, religion, music, be suggestions that a person can include when they give discriptions about themselves.

I hope this makes sense...

Just some comments on the Lawrence Crawler family from Alberta. They are a TRUE rodeo family! Hats off to Tracy, Colleen, Jay, and Troy. Of course Lawrence especially since he instilled this sense of sportsmanlike competition in his family. If there was an award given for RODEO FAMILY of the year, my vote would go to this family. It doesn't stop there either. Eliot and Olivia are good competitors too. This family works several regions, at least five. The ropers work UST, canadian pro, Lawrence does senior pro in addition to Indian rodeo. He has passed that family tradition and know-how on to the younger ones in the family. Also he loves your viagra jokes. Thanks, you have a great website. Keep pluggin' away. - #1 Oregon Fan

The person who we need to confirm the Ft. McDowell complete round results is now gone for the day, and so unfortunately, all of us, will have to wait until next Tuesday until they get back before we are allowed to post all Ft. McDowell results. Sorry Readers, we know how frustrating this is, but we don't want to post incorrect results.

This is why we have this site set up for rodeo secretaries to enter their own results using our web site. Alot of rodeo associations do not know this feature is available and so we hope in the future this will be used more often for all of us to get the results quicker!

How about the all-around INFR champion Clarence Gilham. He also is a multi-event cowboy that excels in more than just Indian rodeo. He currently is in the lead for the all-around race in the Northern Rodeo Association. Also I believe he is 2nd in the bareback and 1st in the saddle bronc. He can bull dog a little and swing a rope once in awhile. Along with Indian rodeo and the NRA, he competes and is successful in the PRCA. On top of all of that, he is a really nice person that would give you the shirt off his back. So I nominate Clarence Gilham of Browning, Mt. Your INFR All Around Champion.

She usually does well at all of the rodeos she goes to and always walks out of the arena with a million dollar smile even if she doesn't do what she would like. She could also be a role model to younger kids for her accomplishments inside the rodeo arena and out. Even if she is so young. This rodeo season she even traveled back to S.Dakota from Oregon to some of their rodeos. That just shows how much she loves and supports the sport. I have been viewing your web site since the INFR this year. I think that it is great! I was able to keep up with each performance and also was able to view the champions with their saddles and prizes. It is better than the official INFR web site, that has not been updated in some time.

Hello everyone out there on the res. I am a 12 year old rodeo fan and a little of bareback rider. This is an interesting site for other Indian Cowboy surfers. I miss the smell of Fry Bread in California when we went there. But, It was interesting to visit the Mission Indians. Which I wrote about the tribe in a class essay. Believe me, I heard that Ted Nuce, former professional bullrider was from the area. All in All, I had a gread time. My observation with the last couple of years, the INFR seems to be going down in its annual event (poor rating). It deter with alot of disappointment and bad publicity as far fiancially. Thank you for reading my comments. Bob Smallcanyon of Flagstaff, AZ

Just like to share a little background information on AIPRCA. The association was previousely AIRCA whom broke away from the Indian National Final Rodeo several years ago. The association was the front runner and brought INFR today. However, add to the Indian Sportmanship hightlights the World Finals. Hopefully, the organization includes the South American Indian to the finals. This event has been around for the last three years. Last year the event happen in Holbrook, Arizona. I believe they will add more entertainment to the attraction of the Indian Rodeo. Hopefully they include a Pow Wow. For the other traveler and fan to attends other entertainments. I think we all should pool together and make this strong for all Indian Nation.

Not long after the completion of INFR 2002, I commented that I would like to see ALL the contestants names posted on your web site as it was as much an honor to qualify as it was to win. A few days later, all names were posted. I check back every few days and am greeted with more news and information, a degree of professionalism that INFRODEO.com never acheived.

The most important thing about your site is that it's not just about rodeo. You not only provide an outlet for our young cowboys and cowgirls but also to our young aspiring actors and musicians. Young native people need places on the web that will continue to feed their dreams and inspire them. Your site provides the mental nutrition needed to awaken these dreams. Instead of saying "I wish I could do that" perhaps a young native person somewhere is saying "Hey, I CAN do that..."

Everyone at Indian Rodeo News is doing a fantastic job, keep it up!

Awesome suggestion. Yes!! We have had many people ask for polls, so we'll get going on this, and 1st create a poll asking people to vote for to see Indian Jr Rodeo world titles implemented to the Indian National Finals rodeo. We'll let you all know when it's up and going. Great suggestion, we are going to call on all Indian Rodeo associations to seriously look at hosting a Youth Rodeo School in their area and then host a Indian Jr rodeo for them to compete in.

There was a youth rodeo school held up in Saskatchewan this year and it was almost canceled. But they managed to get it going and it was a success. We believe the PIRA region sponsored this school. All Indian rodeo associations, tribes and bands need to step up and focus on giving opportunities to our children, especially to the kids who do not have horses or a way to get involved. As one reader wrote in the Rodeo Forum, it's the youth, that is where it all begins.....and that is very true!

We'll get booking on the polls and let us know if you all have any more poll suggestions. Thanks again for visiting the site.

I am strong advocate and promote the sport of Indian rodeo. I think that some of our people need to envision a need to provide a training ground for younger children in the sport of rodeo, and enhance a building of character and sportsmanship in our young cowboy and cowgirl athletes.

We need to stress the need for responsibility, cooperation and sportsmanship, as this enables our First Nation people to develop positive attitudes and to become productive individuals in their communities.

Some of our young members have gone on to compete in high school rodeos through High School Rodeo Associations. Our Indian Rodeo organizations paves way for many of our youth to achieve higher education through rodeo scholarships.
